Installed in 2018, Champagne Fabrice Moreau is the result of the work and involvement of an entire family. “I continue the activity in the respect of the values I have received and by relying on my professional previous experiences I will progressively evolve the family company.

The implementation of innovative viticultural practices more respectful of the environment as well as
optimal winemaking techniques are my priorities.

 I have also been a Consultant in Oenology in many countries since 2012, for which I give training and technical conferences. Respect for the environment is my priority, I follow a “living soils” approach to minimize the carbon impact of my farm.
